1. Make sure that the GitHub repository for your SP/Thesis is compete with the following artifacts.
a) Source Code (and build/deploy instructions)
b) Journal Article (LaTeX and PDF)
c) Manuscript (LaTeX and PDF)
d) Poster (PDF or PNG)
e) Presentation Slides (PDF)

c) Manuscript (LaTeX and PDF)
d) Poster (PDF or PNG)
e) Presentation Slides (PDF)
2. Inform your adviser that you have completed Step 1. Send the link to your SP/Thesis repo to your adviser. The adviser will update the README.md file in the repo to indicate that the repo has been checked.
3. Accomplish the IPR document. Upload the full journal article through the form. Show proof to your adviser that you have accomplished and submitted the IPR document.
4. Submit the College Clearance form to your adviser. The adviser will email the signed College Clearance to the CAS-OCS with the subject "College Clearance". The head of the SP committee will also be cc'd.
